CREDIT CARD ON FILE

We require a credit card to be kept on file in support of our salon policies.

CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS

We value our guests and their time just as much as we value our staff and their time, therefore we have a 24 hour cancellation policy for all appointments. If for some reason the guest needs to cancel their appointment, please contact the salon with at least 24 hours of notice. If less than 24 hours is given, then 50% of the service that was booked will be charged to the credit card on file.

CHILD POLICY

We love your children, but due to safety concerns and the clients’ experience at Gather we ask that you not bring any children unless they have an appointment. If you are without childcare we ask that you please reschedule your appointment with at least a 24 hour notice. This policy ensures that you and the rest our our guests have a relaxing experience and is made with your child’s safety in mind.

REFUNDS AND COLOR ADJUSTMENTS

Our services at Gather are nonrefundable, however there are circumstances where an adjustment may need to be made. At Gather we strive for excellence and guest satisfaction is top priority. If a guest in unsatisfied with their service, we are happy to schedule a complimentary adjustment appointment. Please contact the salon within 72 hours of the service date if there are any issues.

PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards or cash.  Personal checks and venmo are not accepted.
